I asked my team for a list of everyone who had made a million dollars on Ringba. I expected a short list. The spreadsheet came back at nearly a billion dollars, across almost a thousand people. So I started making awards. I haven't stopped since.

Most of the people on this wall started with nothing, the same way I did. Somebody bet on themselves, put in years nobody saw, and built something real. When that happens, I think you should get more than an invoice from your software company. You should get a trophy on your wall that your kids ask about.
We've now given away more than two billion dollars' worth of awards at the $1, $10, $25, $50 and $100 million marks. The $100 million ones I deliver in person. The most recent winner started as a one-man shop I met at a trade show. He has four hundred employees today. Handing him that plaque is one of the best things I've ever gotten to do.
