1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of adamyoung.com (the "Site"), operated by Adam Young. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. No hard feelings.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, video, design, and code, is owned by Adam Young unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All music, lyrics, and publishing featured on the Site are owned by Artificial Yntelligence, LLC. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

You may view, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. That's it.

3. Music and Sync Licensing

The lyrics published on this Site are the official versions and are provided for personal reading and reference. Commercial use of any recording, composition, or lyric requires a license. The good news: I own the entire catalog through Artificial Yntelligence, LLC, with global worldwide rights, so licensing is genuinely fast. Start at the contact page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the Site; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, including the lyrics; (d) interfere with the Site's operation or availability; or (e) misrepresent your affiliation with me or any of the companies mentioned here.

5. My Companies Have Their Own Terms

This is my personal site. The companies featured on it are separate legal entities with their own websites, terms, and policies, and nothing here modifies or replaces those. In particular, if you use Ringba, your relationship with Ringba is governed by Ringba's Terms and Ringba's Privacy Policy, not by this Site. The same principle applies to Sonic Flights, Ohana Airways, GOAT Club, and any other venture mentioned here.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party services such as Amazon, Audible, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Tidal, and YouTube. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, I don't control them, and linking to them is convenience, not endorsement of everything they do.

7. No Professional Advice

Everything on this Site, including stories about business results, is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and results described here are not a promise of your results. Talk to your own advisors before making decisions with real money.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Young and Artificial Yntelligence, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Young and Artificial Yntelligence, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page with enough detail to identify the work and the claimed infringement, and I'll take it seriously.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes and Severability

I may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always live at this URL with the date below. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
